Purchased credits never expire — whether you buy a single label or a 5-label pack, they remain available indefinitely. Promotional credits (such as the new-user signup bonus) expire 90 days after they are granted; the credit badge in the top navigation shows the exact expiry date of each batch.
Each credit activates one label, which is then permanently unlocked for all 5 export formats.
